The Baldanza family has been baking since 1919 and many of the recipes are still used from over 80 years ago. Our award winning Marzipan Stollen and Babka has been a favorite of our local customers. The Cheese Coffeecake comes in three different flavors, Cherry, Blueberry, and Raspberry. Cherry is the favorite of the locals, but they are all so delicious.
